2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by 1blu AG, Riedemannweg 60, 13627 Berlin, Germany. When the site is accessed, the server automatically processes data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and operating system. Processing takes place for the secure and stable provision of the website on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is stored only as long as necessary for this purpose. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with the hosting provider.
3. Website security
To protect against attacks we use the security plugin Wordfence. Your IP address may be processed briefly in the process (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Contact form and email contact
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address and message in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is stored in our website database and forwarded to us by email. We delete it as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply. Before sending, you confirm that you have taken note of this privacy policy. To protect against spam we use a hidden additional field (honeypot), which requires no third-party provider.
5. Email service Microsoft 365
Emails from the contact form and our email traffic run via Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. A data processing agreement exists. Transfers to third countries are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Fonts
The fonts Poppins and Roboto are loaded locally from our server. No connection to Google servers takes place.
7. Videos from JW Player
On individual pages we show sample videos provided via JW Player (Longtail Ad Solutions, Inc., USA). The videos are embedded only after you click “Load video”. Only then is a connection to cdn.jwplayer.com established and your IP address transmitted to the provider. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG), which you give by clicking. You can withdraw it with effect for the future by reloading the page.
8. Directions / Google Maps
On some pages we refer to Google Maps with a link. No map is embedded. Only when you click the link does Google Maps open (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), and Google’s privacy provisions apply.
9. Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies. You can find details in our cookie policy.
10. Links to social networks
We link to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. No plugins are embedded. Data is transmitted to the respective provider only when you click a link; their privacy provisions apply there.
11. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact mail@yeo-ol.de.
12. Right to lodge a complaint
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is: Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany, lfd.niedersachsen.de.
