Platform in a matching design
We build customised landing pages and online platforms in the design of your event for the broadcast. On request these pages are built on a top-level domain or as a simple landing page. Thanks to our scalable server infrastructure, the system offers continuous availability during the event. All data is processed in compliance with the GDPR.
On request, the content can be freely accessible or protected against third parties by a password.
Your own platform
For your online event we can, on request, create a streaming website tailored to you – available under your preferred domain or within your own web infrastructure. For maximum reach we can, of course, also stream your event on one or more of your social media channels.
Infrastructure
Our server infrastructure makes high viewer numbers possible in real time. All user data is processed in compliance with the GDPR and, on client request, deleted after the event.
Design
Matching the design of the platform, all graphics in the livestream, such as opening and closing graphics and lower thirds, are adapted to your design. The complete event, including the event platform, thus reflects your corporate design.
Tools
Besides the livestream itself, we offer a large selection of tools for your platform. In addition to an agenda, a media library or conference rooms, further tools can be integrated on client request.
Custom player
We have a highly customisable player. By adding logos or matching player colours, the livestream is adapted to your corporate identity.
Sponsoring
If required, we can build your advertising partners and sponsors into the stream – you decide when and to what extent. From graphic overlays in the stream to ads in the player, everything is possible.
Security
You do not always want to broadcast your content freely to everyone. If your live event is aimed only at a selected target group, we secure it through various systems – from simple password protection and user management with login to paid access.
Payment system
Would you like to offer your event to online viewers for a fee? Our paywall integration offers many possibilities. You decide which content is offered for a fee.
The livestream as well as download areas and further information can be offered to online participants for a fee on request. The different content can be unlocked through various tickets and subscription models.
Ticket purchase is simple and uncomplicated for participants: the ticket is bought through a user account, which can also be used for other events. No ticket code or similar is needed to log in to the event. To take part online, logging in to the platform is enough.
Interactions
Interaction with online participants is an important part of hybrid event formats. Use interactive building blocks to involve your viewers in your event.
Live chat and polls
Live chats allow viewers to communicate with each other or with the moderator during the event and thus voice suggestions or questions. To enable audience questions, we offer open and moderated chat rooms in which the filtered questions are available to the speakers. With live polls you get answers directly from viewers, which can be evaluated immediately.
Audit-proof live voting
Our platform makes audit-proof live voting possible in real time. Results are available directly after the vote and can be integrated into the rest of the event and documented.
Live links
Speakers who do not attend the event in person because of distance, a tight schedule or other reasons can be integrated live into the event through our live link technology and interact actively with participants on site. Participants who want to ask questions live and in colour can also be brought into the livestream via a live link.
Accessibility
Give all viewers accessible access to your event. Through live subtitling, simultaneous broadcasts in several languages or the involvement of sign language interpreters, the content of your event can be offered accessibly. The content on your platform can additionally be offered in plain language.
Service around your event
Downloads and certificates
Depending on the event, various documents are to be made available to participants for download afterwards. With our database and links, presentations, information material and videos can be provided. For information and training events where a certificate of attendance is to be issued, forms can be built in through which participants can request their certificate.
Phone support
Before and during the event we offer participants, on request, phone support for questions and problems with the livestream and login.
Evaluation
After the event we can provide you with the exact view and participation figures. This gives you an overview of how many viewers took part in the event.
